1 ) You can choose the house you want by visiting our sample houses, factory or showroom.
2 ) Our house contract is made, ground concrete and project plans are given to you.
3 ) Payment is made 50% in the contract, 50% in advance before loading.
4) You have to get the permits from your municipality.
5) The Shipping and Assembly Price varies according to the city to be made. (For assembly, 1 master comes, 120 Euro per day) Assembly Payment is calculated for how many days you want, and half in cash and half after assembly.
6) You have to give the assistants to the assembly master, at least 4 people.
7 ) Materials to be Given . (Door + Roof + Window + Interior Paint + Exterior Paint + Electrical installation + Plumbing + Sockets + Lamps + Electric Fixtures + We provide up to the fuse box.
8) Fine screed work on the floor and parquet and tile work are yours.
9 ) Paint, sealant and silicone workmanship belongs to you.
10 ) Customs affairs are your responsibility.
11 ) Shipping prices vary according to cities.
12 ) Payments must be in EURO or American Dollars.
13 ) In order to carry out customs clearance, an invoice is issued on behalf of the person making the payment.
