Preparation and installation of materials for the light steel house. Preparation of paint materials and painting. Preparation and installation of windows, interior doors and exterior door. Preparation and installation of electrical and plumbing materials.

The customer is responsible for the following: foundation concrete and all excavation works, floor and wall coverings (screed, ceramic, parquet, tiles, etc.), external connections of the light steel building (electricity, wastewater, clean water), permits and licenses required from the municipality, heating and cooling systems (radiator, air conditioning, etc.), food and accommodation expenses of the assembly team, transportation and transportation insurance.

We provide service to every region of Turkey. The food and accommodation expenses of the assembly and painting teams are covered by the buyer. (The assembly team consists of 5 people, the painting team consists of 2 people.)

The permit for the light steel house is at the discretion of the municipality in the area where it will be constructed. It is the client's responsibility to have the architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical projects prepared by architectural firms in order to obtain the permit. The permit and all other legal approvals are the client's responsibility.

The steel frame thickness for the exterior walls of our light steel houses is 14 cm. Inside the steel frame, we use 14 cm thick A1 class fire-resistant mineral wool, and an additional 10 cm of mineral wool for roof insulation, providing significantly better heat and sound insulation than a standard reinforced concrete building.

The exterior wall cladding materials used in light steel houses are Tyvek, Boardex, and mineral plaster. All metal components in contact with the building's load-bearing system and the external environment are galvanized to delay rusting. The average lifespan of light steel houses is between 45-50 years.

Light steel houses are equipped with an insulation system that allows for year-round use. Buildings suitable for all climate conditions can be constructed. Production is carried out taking into account the climatic characteristics of the location where the structures will be built.

It can be built as single storey or double storey.

It can only be built on one-story reinforced concrete buildings. The building below must have a solid and flat ceiling floor.

As long as it's compatible with light steel structural systems, you can have any look and plan you want.

Depending on the square footage of the light steel house you have chosen and the factory's density, an average 100 m2 single-story house will be delivered within 20-30 business days.

Light steel housing materials can be transported by truck, trailer, ship, or train. An average trailer can carry 100m2 of single-story light steel building materials. The average total weight varies between 8-10 tons.

It should be remembered that light steel houses emerged as earthquake-resistant housing. Because they are much lighter than reinforced concrete buildings and are assembled from prefabricated parts with steel bolts, they flex during an earthquake but do not collapse.

You can have your residences dismantled and reassembled at a different location whenever you want, provided that the dismantling and reassembly costs are paid.

80% of the contract price is collected in cash as of the contract date. The remaining 20% ​​is collected in cash at the time of loading.
