QUESTION: What should the customer do? 

Ground concrete and all kinds of excavation and landscaping works, floor and wall coverings (screed, ceramics, carpet, tiles, etc.), prefabricated building external connections (electricity, sewage, clean water), permits and license works to be obtained from the municipality, heating and cooling installations (heater, air conditioner, etc.), accommodation and meal costs of the assembly team in installations outside of Istanbul, transportation and transportation insurance of the material belong to our customer.

QUESTION: Can you build prefabricated houses all over Turkey? 

We can serve every region of Turkey. For purchases outside Istanbul, the buyer covers the accommodation and meal expenses of the assembly team. (rough assembly team is 5 people, paint assembly team is 2 people)

QUESTION: Is a license required during the construction of the buildings?

The license is at the initiative of the Municipality, which is included in the area where the building will be established. Architectural plan, Electrical plan, Mechanical Plan and ground survey belong to the customer to obtain a license.
License and all other legal permissions are the responsibility of our customer.

QUESTION: How is the sound and heat insulation of prefabricated buildings?

The outer wall thickness we use in prefabricated houses is 10 cm. Styrofoam with a density of 16 dansti between the wall panels and the stone wool used for roof insulation provide much more heat and sound insulation than a normal reinforced concrete building.

QUESTION: What is the approximate usage time of the building?

The main material used in our prefabricated building is Betopan & Fibercement. The building's carrier system and all metal parts in contact with the external nature are galvanized to delay corrosion. The average lifespan of a prefabricated building is between 40-45 years.

QUESTION: Are prefabricated houses only for summer purposes?

Transportation of prefabricated buildings; It is carried out by trucks, trailers, ships, trains or cargo planes. An average 7m wooden box truck takes 90m2 of prefabricated building materials. Average total weight varies between 7-9 tons.
