QUESTION: What should the customer do? 

Ground concrete and all kinds of excavation and landscaping works, floor and wall coverings (screed, ceramics, carpet, tiles, etc.), prefabricated building external connections (electricity, sewage, clean water), permits and license works to be obtained from the municipality, heating and cooling installations (heater, air conditioner, etc.), accommodation and meal costs of the assembly team in installations outside of Istanbul, transportation and transportation insurance of the material belong to our customer.

QUESTION: Can you build prefabricated buildings all over Turkey? 

We can serve every region of Turkey. The buyer covers the accommodation and meal expenses of the assembly team. (rough assembly team consists of 5 people, paint assembly team consists of 2 people)
