As of the contract date, 50% of the contract price is made in cash, and the remaining 50% is made in cash at the beginning of the assembly.

Our houses can be reassembled in a different place at any time, provided that the dismantling and reassembly fee is paid.

It should not be forgotten that steel houses emerged as earthquake houses. Due to the fact that it is much lighter than a reinforced concrete house and the disassembled parts are combined with steel screws, it flexes in the event of an earthquake, but does not collapse.

Depending on the square meter of the steel house you have chosen and the density of the factory, an average of 100 m2 single-storey house is delivered within 5-7 working days. The assembly is completed in 4-5 on average.

It can be made in any size and plan as long as it is suitable for the steel structure system.

It can only be built on one-storey reinforced concrete houses. The lower concrete house must have a solid and flat ceiling floor.

It can be made as a single storey or two storey.

The main material used in our steel houses is Betopan. The manufacturer company is Ankara TEPE group and gives a 50-year guarantee against external natural conditions. The steel house carrier system and all metal parts connected with the external nature are galvanized and rusting is delayed. The average life of our steel houses is between 30-40 years.

The outer wall thickness we use in steel houses is ~ 140 mm. The rock wool between the wall panels and the mineral glass wool used for roof insulation provide much more heat and sound insulation than a normal reinforced concrete house.

The license is at the initiative of the Municipality, which is included in the area where the steel house will be built. Architectural plan, Electrical plan, Mechanical Plan and ground survey belong to the customer to obtain a license. License and all other legal permissions are the responsibility of our customer.

We can serve every region of Turkey. (rough assembly team consists of 5 people, paint assembly team consists of 2 people)

Ground concrete and all kinds of excavation and landscaping works, floor and wall coverings (screed, ceramics, carpet, tiles, etc.), external connections outside the steel house (electricity, sewage, clean water), permits and license works to be obtained from the municipality, heating and cooling installations (heater, air conditioner, etc.), accommodation and meal costs of the assembly team in installations outside of Istanbul, transportation and transportation insurance of the material belong to our customer.

Steel house materials (Wall panels, steel joints, ceiling covering, ceiling insulation and roofing materials), Exterior steel door, interior doors American core door, Balcony doors PVC glass door, Installing Windows, Transoms and Glasses, interior and exterior of steel houses exterior paint, electrical and water installations inside, supply of electricity and water armatures are included.

Yes it can be installed. Only the cost of dismantling and repainting occurs. Renovation is possible in the buildings, if desired.

Transportation of steel houses; It is carried out by trucks, trailers, ships, trains or cargo planes. An average 7m wooden muscle truck takes 90m2 of steel house materials. Average total weight varies between 7-9 tons.

Steel houses are equipped with an insulation system that will allow 4 seasons of use. Steel houses suitable for all climatic conditions can be produced. Production is carried out taking into account the climatic characteristics of the place where the buildings will be built.
